- There is a tremendous amount of working being done at the BACOG level. The communities are Barrington, Barrington Hills, Barrington Township, Cuba Township, Deer Park, Lake Barrington, North Barrington, South Barrington, and Tower Lakes. The purpose of the organization is to:
- Develop, implement and uphold the BACOG Comprehensive Plan

- Develop and promote policies, plans and priorities for regional growth, development and conservation.
- Discuss, study and act on issues of regional interest and concern.
- Promote cooperative arrangements for shared services, intergovernmental agreements, and shared districts.

Cindy Paga, Chief Deputy Clerk and Elections Administrator
Oversees election management and Public Service counter including vital records, marriage license applications, notary applications, assumed business applications, campaign disclosure filings, Statements of Economic Interests and Certificates of Authority. Liaison to county's, Budget and Purchasing Departments.
Debra Nieto, Voter Registration and Operations
Oversees Voter Registration department including training Deputy Registrars, processing applications and digital archiving of all voter registration source documents. Coordinates project management including implementation and integration of new technology, work flow analysis and technical support for all departments. Liaison to county's Human Resources Department.
Helen Camerer, Elections Executive
Maintains County Clerk website, election voting system equipment maintenance, and election integrity testing and quality control. Coordinates central upload and Web reporting of results on election night.
